Notice of Meeting had been mailed in accordance with the Regulations. Minutes of the AGM held April 24th, 2004 were accepted by John Edward & seconded by John Bright. Carried No Business arising from the Minutes OFFICERS REPORTS: Read out & Filed with Secretary. The Treasurer reported our Net Worth of $5,996.96 & moved this report be accepted. Seconded by John Bright. Carried Motion By John Bright to accept the officers reports. Seconded by June Edward. Carried. No Unfinished Business ELECTIONS: John Edward, Chairperson read the slate of officers for 2005/2006
