The AGM was called to order at 1645 by Cdr Francois Legault, & 1st Lt June Edward, Secretary, acted as Secretary of the meeting.

Our District Commander Horst Mattern arrived from Nobel & was introduced to all by Francois.

Roll Call was taken & those Present were: Claude Belcourt, Barbara Bright, John Bright, June Edward, John Edward, Dave Hall, Francois Legault, Yvette Legault, Charles Spence, Marilyn Spence
Absent: Grant Moffatt
Yes, we have a quorum.

Minutes of the AGM held April 24th, 2004 were accepted by John Edward & seconded by John Bright. Carried

No Business arising from the Minutes

OFFICERS REPORTS:

Read out & Filed with Secretary. The Treasurer reported our Net Worth of $5,996.96 & moved this report be accepted. Seconded by John Bright. Carried

Motion By John Bright to accept the officers reports. Seconded by June Edward. Carried.
